Shells and Meatballs

Tonight's dinner wasn't really blog worthy other than the fact that I was able to share a good meal with my wife and kids.

Medium Shells
HEB Tomato Basil Sauce
Meatballs
Green Salad
Garlic Texas Toast

An basic and easy mid-week meal.

Although I will say that HEB's jarred pasta sauces (not Hill Country Fare) are VERY good. And economical too.

As a side note -- a little over a year ago we were hard core Kroger shoppers. HEB approached us to participate in some market research. They wanted to find out why we preferred Kroger over HEB. During the final phase we "had to" shop at HEB. It was during this time that we became HEB fans. In doing so we learned, from the employee who was working with us, that HEB really and truly takes pride in their store label (HEB or Central Market) items. I'd have to say that so far we agree 100%.
